This is a mod of eternum that allows you gamble your resources. Let's be real, how much honest labor can you do before you're able to contribute meaningfully to your build your hyperstructrure? 

Casnios exist close to hyperstructures and they exist as fully built structures so you only need to go there and place your bet. Betting occurs in rounds and at every given point, there is an open round. The amount of resources needed to gamble at all Casino rounds are fixed but you can gamble resources as many times as possible. In fact, the more resources you gamble, the higher your chances of winning xD. 

To place a bet, an entity would need to travel to the casino with their resources. Then on getting there, you would need to give the resources to the casino and then you've placed a bet.

What happens afterward is that resources keep getting piled up on the Casino table and once the resources reach a required amount, a winner is selected from the list of realms  or other entities that entered the betting round. 

Each casino round has its own identity and resources are actually  donated to a table (or round) and not the entire casino. This creates an interesting dynamic where we can just give approve the winner to spend all resources that were given to a table during a betting round. For you (the winner) to get the resources, you just need to send your caravans to the casino then transfer the resources to the caravan(s) then travel back and dump them in your realm.
